Past Work

Here's some of my favorite roles I've played...

Uncle Vanya

Telegin

In Uncle Vanya, I played Telegin, one of the helpers on the estate who wishes to be treated like family. He had horrible scarring on his face his whole life, which led to his nickname, Waffles. Although he might not be the smartest or most respected of the characters, Telegin has a heart of gold and wants everyone on the estate to be happy. Telegin was one of my favorite roles I played in my time at WCSU, playing such a sweet character was a wonderful experience

Dancing At Lughnasa

Father Jack

Playing Father Jack in Dancing at Lughnasa is one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life. Father Jack was sent to Uganda to preach the word of the lord to the people of a small village called Rewanda, but instead lost his faith in the Catholic Church and converted to the village's pagan religion. Having returned to Ireland after 25 years, malaria ridden and back in the place he struggles to call home, he attempts to assimilate back to a traditional life with the help of his sisters.

God Only Knows

Christian

My first appearance in any sort of film was in a small movie called, God Only Knows written by my good friend Jimmy Fitch. Christian was an old man who had recently died and has now arrived at the pearly gates. He had been a devout Christian his entire life and cannot wait to meet his creator. I got to work with a lot of my friends from school and their was so much creative freedom for ad-libbing, it was one of the most fun experiences I've had working on any project

Ragtime

Willie Conklin

This was one of the hardest roles I've ever had to play. Willie Conklin was a racist fire fighter who repeatedly harasses and attacks the lead character, Coalhouse Walker. I'm happy my director and friend, Brett Boles, trusted me with such a dark and difficult character to end my time with the Trumbull Youth Association.
